"Having been badly let down by a National Service Supplier as regards installing a new PC, devices and broadband set up. The National Service provider missed two booked appointments and when they did arrive the amount of time allocated to the job was insufficient and I was left with a PC that was barely working and not linked to the broadband. A mutual friend recommended Mark Llewellyn as someone that could help. He certainly did help he turned up on time and gave as much time as needed to get the PC set up and linked to the broadband. Through out he explained what he was doing and why made further suggestions for improvements. Afterwards he promptly replied via email with an easy to follow and understandable fix to as to why the spell checker on email was not working. As a complete novice as regards PC's, loading software, setting it up and linking to the broadband I can therefore fully recommend that Mark Llewellyn is totally professional and will be using his services in future and I am already considering cancelling the National Service provider on going technical help and support service that I have signed up to."Mr D J Cannings
